    No.  But in further research, I discovered that the problem was my syntax.  I was including the colon and alpha character instead of just the number itself.  Once I got rid of the colon and alpha characters, it worked perfectly.

 Hi,

You can definitely build this on your own by reading the readyapi plugin development guide and the testrail api and then have a few engineers build something similar. 

 

It all comes down to the investment that is needed to build and maintain a solution vs. buying one.
