SoapUI and Apache

Hi All,
I'm a newbie of web services and I have installad Apache on Vista. Now I wish to try with some exercise in this field. I hope that I can understand better the use of SoapUI.
Any suggestion or reference in using SoapUI with Apache will be well appreciated.
