    There is a transaction log tab in LoadUI NG Pro to enable logging of transactions during load tests.

     

    To enable logging, access the Transaction Log tab, turn the log on, and click the "Configure Transaction Log" button in the center of the page. This will enable you to create if/then statements to determine which transactions should be logged.

I viewed the document page you suggested. However, I wanted to use an Excel spreadsheet to store the values for the data sink. However, when I do that, only the last 2 columns of values that correspond to the last iteration of the load test are stored in the Excel spreadsheet (even though I had the SHARED box checked as described in the documentation that you suggested.

 

I was expecting to have each set of data that was taken from the data source to be stored on a SEPARATE row of the spreadsheet but that did not occur. At the end of this short load test, there was only 1 ROW of data, with just 2 columns of data, that was stored int Excel spreadsheet.

 

Is there some other setting that controls whether LOADUI will store (ie append) each set of data taken from the data source as a new row in the Excel spreadsheet that is specified as the Data Sink? There is a specific APPEND option if the Data Sink type is a FILE but not if Excel is specified as the Data Sink type.

Please be sure that you've specified a worksheet value in the DataSink itself. Please note that this field is case sensitive and that the name of the specified worksheet must match Excel exactly.

 

 

Without specifying a worksheet, the values will be overwritten.
