    That's a great opportunity i think,

     

    you can express yourself,

    your journey,

    challenges you face, 

    value add you have given

     

    I think no one in your organization wanted to listen to these points.

     

    So my suggestion is guyz open up yourself and send as many as email you can, who knows who will get motivated by reading your jouney.
