Service Endpoint doesn't add the username/password correctly

When I go to the definition -->right click --> service endpoint --> then I add a new service endpoint with username and password and assign to --> all requests with no endpoints (actually, I tried all options in the dropdown menu). --> then I click ok. What happens is none of the requests nor test requests have username/password populate in the properties pane. If you look into the properties panes for the requests/test requests that you just add service endpoint to, the Username/password fields are empty. If you run the test requests, they will complain "Security requirements are not satisfied because the security header is not present in the incoming message." That error usually means no username/password present in the request.
Could you please look into this bug?
