Resource method are not saving

I just upgraded to 1.8.5 and trying to use my scripts writing in 1.7.0. Most of it work by certain resource method are not be transferred to in my test steps. Have to manually change these to the correct resource. On doing this and saving, it does not seem to save these changes. 

Please advise. I can still use this in version 1.7.0 quite seamlessly
