Modifying a 'clone' changes the source as well??

I have run into a problem where changing a clone of a test request also changes the source it was cloned from (and visaversa) . Is this the expected behavior?

If so, Are there other changes which will affect more than the immediate item (i.e assertion clones)? Can you add capability to create a de-coupled clone?

Also, a feature request:
Add TestStep that is nothing more than a Name and Description for breaking up TestCase stages and documenting what is going on.
