Issues with Assertions in ready API 1.7.0 (Do not refresh when added or deleted)

I usually wait 6+ months before I upgrade to next version but in this case i just happen to break the rule and got latest version of ready API 1.7.0 Opened up existing project in the same. Assertion...

    The moderators deleted most of my reply.

     

    I tried 1.7.0 and that issue happens, even in nightly builds of 1.7.0 so, I suggest you download or downgrade your SoapUI to version 1.6.0 it's much more stable.

 are you sure the issue has been resolved completely with assertions?

 I was getting same issue today where assertions were not visible

can you please confirm?

Please chk assertions for HTTP status codes

    Did they fix this annoying issue in 1.8.0? I have been apprehensive to upgrade because of issues in the past.
