Is the license manager available in the smartbear nexus public repo ?

Are you looking for the license manager in this repository - http://smartbearsoftware.com/repository/maven2/com/smartbear/?

 

If so, I am sorry, it isn't available in there. Is there a reason to look for the license manager in the repository?
