Integrate ReadyAPI 2.5 tests in Jenkins

We are currently migrating from ReadyAPI 1.7 to ReadyAPI 2.5.

While doing the migration, we encountered some problems running the old tests in Jenkins (we have created specific jobs for 2.5 version).

 

After an investigation, we came to the conclusion that we are having problems with the mocks after the change.

During the investigation, the errors encountered are:

  • "Error connecting to the backend"
  • "Port Already in use"

The tests created in 1.7 are passing successfully.

 

My question is, did you encountered (or heard) about this issue before?

And can can you give us some advice on how to proceed and fix the issue?

    Hi ocicu! We always recommend updating to the latest product versions. We have recently released 3.0. Consider updating to this version – perhaps, you won’t see these errors.
