I want to activate my ReadyAPI license.

Hello Team,

I want to activate my ReadyAPI (SOAP UI Pro) license.

For that I have given the license file in Offline mode (which I got from my Organization, bulk licenses were purchased for our client purposes).

I waited for the Activation key (from my management which were checking with Smartbear team for activation keys). The existing licenses  (of 2016) were also expiring.

After some days, we got a new set of License keys to install. So I have browsed it (for eg: xyz_13.key) and after applying the license key, it is referring to the OLD license file (for eg: xyz_54.key).. In the Offline mode, it gives License details in the below which shows that it is referring to the old license file (with the date as 03-08-2016). Now it is not giving me the option to browse for a new file and always showing the OLD license details..

Please suggest me what should I do..

Note: I have tried reinstalling the software multiple time.

We need to activate the license in Offline mode, since our organization has purchased bulk licenses. So can you please suggest how to resolve this on Urgent basis
