I can not add any more custom properties into my Ready API 1.3.1 project.

I am using Ready API 1.3.1.

I have a very large SoupUI NG project.

I can not seem to be able to add a new custom property.

The project already 4 pages of custom properties.    Is there a limit?

BTW, I can not easily upgrade to the latest because when I did, it would not run my large poject.

Thank you

Wayne Moran

Hi,

There is no limit to the number of properties for project level, there was a bug, when a dataSink of type subreport was added we could not add more properties, this issue was fixed with 1.4.1-m,

If you had problems running a larger project, you may be interested to learn that we fixed some issues with large projects in 1.6. You may want to check that out (or the upcoming 1.7) if you haven't already.

What the actual problem was is that during install it set my memory allocation to I belive 1 gig.  After the running program got larger than that it would start to crash.

In a phone call with on of your reps they informed me that we can configure that setting much larger. Now I have it set to 4 gig and the program does not blow up on me.

Good!

By the way, in later Ready! API versions the default memory settings arebased on the available working memory which usually works much better.
