How to set Connection Timeout in SoapUI?

Question

Hi,does someone knows if it is possible to set a Connection Timeout in SoapUI?I've added the Socket Timeout in the SoapUI Preferences --&gt; Http Settings, but if i launch a request towards an unreachable end point, neither the socket timeout nor the TestCase timeout are respected.I continue to get the following exception: org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException.I need to set a Connection Timeout to 10 seconds.Thanks for help.

Hi Rao,the link you posted refers to the Socket Timeout and i've already set it, but what i would like to know is:is it possible to set a user defined CONNECTION TIMEOUT?Thanks in advance.

Thanks, but it doesn't work.If the server that i try to contact isn't available, that timeout isn't considered.
