Can't find Plugin Manager in ReadyAPI 3.1

Hello everyone.

I can't seem to find the Plugin Manager. According to the documentation it should be located at the Toolbar but it's not there:

When project has focus I get: Save, Auth/Sec, JIRA, MonitorAPIs, Events, Db's, JMS, Proxy, Prefs on the toolbar.

When workspace has focus I have +Project, JIRA, MonAPIs, Proxy, Prefs on the toolbar.

    Hey poinc 

     

    I've just downloaded v3.1.0 and the 'Integrations' function is immediately available below the toolbar - please see the image below:
