- Not sure what you mean by code review?
SoapUI is to create API tests and execute. Please see the documentation of SoapUI for its functionality.

For codereview, you may need to use appropriate tools. Not sure that it is possible to do code review of whole soapui project at once.
In my team what we are doing is peer code review at the end of each sprint. It saves cost and also helps in peer to peer training(no dependency on any of the team member).
