install issue . .getting error message. please help

can anyone help please? i download SoapUI 4-5-1. When i try to install, i get this error message: c\windows\system32\MSVCR100.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains as error. try to install again .......... " . .when i click Ok the error message, a second error box opens saying: "could not use bundled JRE. please send this log file to your software vendor: log: c\user\.................\temp\i4J_nlog_20.

I can install on any machine, except my work machine where i needed .. please help ,, thanks.
