error: Unexpected element: CDATA

When tryin to load a wsdl, I get the following error messages in our soapUI Pro 4.5.1.

Error loading [file:\D:\soap\WSDL_S2M_Create_Invoices.xml]: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: Unexpected element: CDATA

This wsdl (attached here) has been generated out of SAP. In SAP there were no errors. This wsdl is not the only one, which brings this error messages.

Can sombody help me ?

I too could not open this file in browser as there are some special characters.
I believe the extension of this file should be .wsdl instead of .xml
After removing those characters, Could able to add this file to project.

Can you give me an example of special character you´ve found ?

When I open the xml with normal xml editor, Its beeing loaded without any problem.

I do a little bit hard to find the special character you´ve found !

It looks like the file content is saved from browser, it was showing ' -' in front of all the nodes expandable. I believe you can compare if you want as the changed file is available to you.
