SoapUI on unix
Will the command line tools work on UNIX? I'm planning to setup my project on a windows box, then transfer the project to a unix and run load tests through the command line. Will this work? Thanks for the help in advance.

sure, check http://www.soapui.org/userguide/commandline/index.html. You can download binary distribution. In bin directory there are shell scripts ( *.sh ) for soapui and for each command line tool.
Also, you could use maven plugins.
