Security testing.

Hi Ole,


I would like to know which are the security tests that can be conducted in SoapUi 2.0.2(free edition). And could you kindly let me know how to carry them out.

    Hi Mahesh,

    sorry for the delayed response! soapUI currently has no "pre-built" security tests available, you would have to create these manually for now..

    Exactly what kind of security tests are you looking for?

    Thanks for your valid information.I want to conduct SQL injection and Cross scripting security tests on my WSDL.

    Your inputs of how to do them manually will be of great help.

    Hi!

    hmm.. I can't see how cross-scripting could be an issue with webservices!? Regarding SQL Injection you could do this easily by inserting sql-statements in the fields you want to test.. !?
