SOAP Monitor Should Show Requests Even When They Can Not Connect
At present, when you use a Soap Monitor and the destination web service is not running, a request sent from a client via the soap monitor does not show up in the monitor message window.
It would be clearer if the request was shown and icon coloured to indicate that the message could not be sent to the destination.
If you cant see the request you dont know if the destination is down, if the client has sent the request or if there is a network issue somewhere.
