Required solution for Restful testing with SOAP UI

I am using SOAP UI .0 for Restful testing. All the required headers I had placed which was provided by development team. But when I execute the request with MediaType as multipart/forma-data, I am getting 500 error code in response. But when i hit the same request with same setting through DHC chrome plugin I am able to get proper response . Could anybody please help me. Please find attached screen shot. As with the request metadata I am sending file to upload with POST method.
