Property Transfer issue, error: unexpected element: CDATA

I am having a similar problem.  I am trying to perform a property transfer.  My source is a set of properties I defined and I read in the properties from a file.  When I transfer the properties from the Property to a target Request in the Property Transfer dialog, I get the [error: Unexpected element: CDATA].  I suspect this has to do with the way SOAPUI is handing the Property that I defined, but it is not clear since I can't see that info from the UI.  Both properties are text (user name and password to be exact).
