Problems when migrating from windows to linux

I use the 4.5.1 version on both platforms. I use a keystore for client authentication and on the windows machine all works well. When I transfer the project and the keystore to the linux machine when setting the keystore I get :
java.security.KeyStoreException: Can't build keystore:[Certificate chain missing]
Anyone know what could be the cause ? Everything is the same.
