Logon Authentication error while using SSL certificate WSDL -HTTPS and PORT

Hi Team,

Iam trying to send a SSL client certificate i.e HTTPS and PORT value also given  in SOAPUI 5.3 version ,but I am getting error that Logon Error Message i.e 401 Unauthorised .Could you please help to resolve.
