Issue in launching Soap UI. JVM could not be started. The maximum heap size(-Xmx)might be too large.

Hi,

I am getting this error when i try to launch Soap Ui version 5.6.0. I tried all the given solution by reducing the -Xmx1000m option to lower till 228m but still getting the same issue.

I uninstall the 5.6.0 version and downloaded the lower version 5.0.0 was able to launch the app but getting this error 

"Error loading [http://www.dneonline.com/calculator.asmx?wsdl]: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: java.io.CharConversionException: Characters larger than 4 bytes are not supported: byte 0xa9 implies a length of more than 4 byte"

Any help will be appreciated. Having hard time. Tried in two different machine and facing issues.
