Https and running MockServices from the command-line

successfully running my mockservice from the cmd line using the mockservicerunner.bat however I am getting Could not establish trust relationship with remote server from my client (the https endpoint works successfully when run from SoapUi 4.0.1, This is a windows xp os so i converted the jks to PFX but still not able to establish trust. any info would be greatly appreciated.
