Fixed-rate strategy

Hello everyone, i need to guarantee a number of executions within a certain time using the fixed-rate strategy. I'm using SoapUI 5.0.0 but in my strategy dropdown menu i have only BURST, SIMPLE, THREAD and VARIANCE strategies. So, how can i set the fixed-rate? thanks a lot.
