Connection to localhost failure

Question

In the process of getting a new token, I received this error. What could be the problem and how to solve it? The error itself is indicated at the very bottom of the screenshot

Hey Andrey23,"Connection refused" is typically related to authentication/authorisation, so id look at the credentials youre using.  I suspect theres a problem with these.TaRich
