Configure a FIXED-RATE test

hi all, i need to guarantee a number of thread in a time range. I set fixed-rate strategy.
in my load test, i have 10 test steps to execute. i need to test 300 concurrency calls in 5 minutes. i've configured my load test as below:
10 test steps
Limit: 300 seconds
Threads: 30
Strategy: Fixed-rate
Rate: 1
Max Threads: 30

Is correct for my goal?
