Can't get Unix-line endings with "pretty prints project files" enabled.

To work with other developers and source control, I want to save the projects with Unix line-endings and in "pretty print" mode.  It doesn't currently seem possible.

Running SoapUI 5.2.1 on Windows 8 Enterprise.

With "pretty prints project files" disabled, I can switch between the project files having Windows line-endings vs. Unix line-endings by toggling "Normalize line-breaks when saving project".  But once I enable "pretty prints project files", the projects are always written with Windows line-endings, ignoring "Normalize line-breaks when saving project".
