info test with Burst Strategy / load test

Hi,

I am using soap ui recently ....

I want to do tests using the strategy burst, so that they are carried out 100 request per second, with a delay time of, for example 9 seconds.

I set:

- strategy = burst

- limit = 50 seconds

- threads = 100

- burst duration = 1 second

- busrt delay = 9 seconds

I did this configuration for 500 request.....: where in my 100 thread correspond to 100 request, the 100 request are performed in 1 second by 9 seconds of delay. Then in 50 seconds I should have 500 request (5 seconds for the request and 45 second delay).

But I think my reasoning is wrong .... anyone can help me!!!!!

For completeness, here are the results (although I am not entirely clear how to interpret them):

min = 851

max = 910

avg = 885.78

last = 910

cnt = 14

tps = 14.34
