Retrieve error message provided soapui

Hi,

 

I want to retrieve error message provided by soapUI when an assertion fails.Please refer screenshots attached.

Its not only for valid http status code assertion. I need it for all the assertions which has failed. Please guide me on this.

    What is the use case? Having context would help to understand the issue.

      Hi, 

      I'm creating a report of test results of my test suite.The report contains my test step name ,status of test step, Request URL, payload and response body. If any of the assertions fail while executing I want the reason why it has failed also in my report. This is what I'm trying to achieve. I have acheived all the other things except the reason.

        I have been trying on google but its of no help. Please let me know if this can be achieved or not.It's a bit urgent
