Missing window decoration

Hi,

I'm using the SoapUI community edition on on a multi screen Gnome 3.28 Ubuntu 18.04 machine. SoapUI works great so far, but the windows of SoapUI has now window decoration so I can't resize or move the window.

Maybe someone has a solution here?
