Top 3 Conference Takeaways

1. 1) Most believe that working remotely is here to stay.  Too many benefits will become apparent to all.
2. 2) Some believe after the lockdown is ended there will be a backlash against working from home (People are tired of the isolation).
3. 3) Either way (or both) - Quality systems/products in both what we provide our customers and what our organizations provide to their people was already a driving force.  With so many now working remotely who never did before – the need for better software quality is being experienced by everyone.
