pointing Real device to virtual API?

i have mock / have set of virtual API request and response.

instead of always connecting to client side web API, we would want to test the app UI and basic funtional logics.

how to make use of the virtual response and return it back to real device?

repackage the build on device and point it to virtual API?

Re: pointing Real device to virtual API?

Hi,

ServiceV services only requests from the local machine. You must deploy your virt to the VirtServer (https://support.smartbear.com/readyapi/docs/virtserver/intro.html) in order to process external traffic from your mobile device.

After your virt is deployed and started on the VirtServer, you should setup the proxy on your mobile to use address and port of the virt on the VirtualServer. (Like it is described for, say, LoadComplete - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/39033800/how-to-record-a-load-scenarioperformance-script-through...
