Can't reach serviceV from external clients.

I have created a REST virt in the ServiceV tab of ReadyAPI so that I can control all aspects of the system under test. When I try to access the virt from the system under test, I get the following error: "Can't reach serviceV from external clients." Is this a new restriction with ReadyAPI or am I missing something? I've done this for SOAP requests using SoapUI Pro in the past without issue.

    have the same issue. I am just trying to hit the Service from another PC. Works fine with previous version of SoapUI

     

     

    Error Message:

     

    "Error 403 Can't reach serviceV from external clients."

    May I ask then what is the point of using service V if it cannot be hit by external clients? 

    Or am I missing something and there is a way to setup a SOAP (UI) mock server able to respond to external SOAP messages?
