using SoapUI Pro in Continuous integration / CI environment

Question

We have lot of pro and regular soapUI in our organization. We are trying to integrate SoapUI pro in CI environment. Trying to get some recommendations around it. We are using Maven and Jenkins for CI

1. Is it better to execute soapUI regression tests during build process or after deployment ?
2. If during build process, how do you create instance of the application under test to run your test against ?
3. How to make SoapUI results visible on Jenkins web ?
