license transferable if employee leaves company?

Hello Pro Support,

I found an old post from 22 Jun 2007 that states "The license is not tied to any machine, but rather a user at a company, and if that user leaves the company the license is transferable."

Can you confirm that it is still the case? If so, I would like to transfer a few soapUI-Pro licenses that belonged to ex-employees.
