improve clone test step

cloning of a REST/SOAP request that is (heavily) updated by some "property transfer" steps, should clone also appropriate transfer rules within impacting "property transfer" steps

I'm not sure if this is applicable to other kind of steps, but if so , then I would suggest the REST and SOAP first.

I would reaaaaallllly appreciate this feature
