how can call Event Handler based on Datasource value in the Datasource Loop

I want to call a Event handle based on the Datasource value 

Basically i have a Test cases in the datasource like 

row1) Test 1 - randomdata

row2)  Test 2 - randomdata

row3) Test 3 - Run other test case to feed here (for this i need to call a event handle to run other test case)
