get no license pool exists for sales order number issue when add license,

Hi ,

 

When I tried to add license to SoapUI NG by using sales order number, it got error "no license pool exists for sales order number issue when add license"

 

So I have to ask if  sales order number is reference number in email which I recevied.

Any other steps need to do ?

This is the only the email I received after paid for several days. Please help
