Am unable to connect SOAPUI PRO facing "the server is unreachable: connect timed out".

How to deactivate existing installation, am unable to see the ReadyAPI UI page..?
if am going to install the new version can we use the existing license key?
Please guide me, waiting ur valuable update..

As far as I know there is no need to deactivate the current license. The new Ready! API version will catch the existing license and start.
