Unable to Save a ReadyAPI Project using ReadyAPI 3.9.2

Hi Smartbear Community,   I have ReadyAPI 3.9.2 installed and the floating license has connected. I have created an API resource and added a Test Case from it in Functional Testing.  All runs nice...

    Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the issue!
