ReadyAPI 1.9.0 and RAM
See the above image. Lately this seems to be a daily/hourly occurrence for me that ReadyAPI/SoapUI NG Pro is utilizing almost all of my 32GB of RAM. Once this happens I usually have to stop what I am doing and restart ReadyAPI, causing some slow downs and decrease in productivity. I have no idea if I am doing something wrong or what, but this seems a little bit on the absurd side.
Is anyone else seeing this?

Was it Virtual Memory? or Residual Memory? How consistent the problem is ?
Any case, you might want to report this to SmartBear team using below link.

I am not 100% sure what you mean between virtual memory or residual memory. This was physical memory inside of my testing laptop. This problem is very consistent when I receive large responses (10's of thousands of lines of response text, if not much more.)
