Insert some special chinese chars in parameter value

Hello,

I have a problem to put special characters in parameter's value in a REST service.
In the VALUE of a parameter, I try to put a Chinese string but it does not, paste action inserts nothing. But I can well fit Japanese and Arabic string. After some tests, I noticed that there is the same problem on several input field in the application (for example parameter description).

You can see in the attached file, strings that I used for testing. The second string doesn't working.
