How to set the current property value to other property

I soapuI, How to set the current property value to other property in testCase Custom Properties.

In attachment i've shown a sample ..Two variables are there first variable is one and another is two ..Ill set the value to variable from different places. Now what my want is i've set the runtime value of one property to another. Bcoz in second ill append other values also.
