How to remove unwanted expired trials while keeping subscribed tool
I subscribe only to ReadyAPI Test (SoapUI Pro), but recent download v3.10.1 now shows up expired apps every time I start my SoapUI Pro.

Hi @mann,
I've found this docs about deactivating the license for these tools. It's for paid licenses. Thus. I'm not sure if it works for trials.

Anyway, it's better if you contact the ReadyAPI Support team to resolve this.

I was able to get a response from customer service engineer with details. It removed the pop-up screen. I was advised a ticket is in place for developmental enhancement [RIA-18663] on this issue.
A workaround is to remove 2 sets of 2 files each. By doing so, it will not display the message and the product feature is disabled as expected.
- <loadui.dat> and <loadui.key> files from the ".loadui" folder in the "C:\Users\%username%\" directory.
- <sevicev.dat> and <sevicev.key> files from the ".readyapi" folder in the "C:\Users\%username%\" directory.
