How to Create Requirements Linkage Report

I'm new to Reporting in ReadyAPI (3.10.1), and I just want a report that includes each requirement along with the test cases to which it's linked. I tried creating a new report using the two most likely subreports, "RequirementLinkedTestCases" and "RequirementReport", but I'm just getting a blank report, no matter which level I run it from. When I look at the subreport details, I don't see how it would be getting data, or from where. Am I supposed to edit that part somehow?
