Cannot install update license

Hi:
I am an existing customer. My SOAP UI Pro expired back on April 11th of this year. I need to use SOAP UI again, so I purchased a renewal license. When I try to install the renewal license, I am getting an error that says "You need a valid installed license to install a renewal license." What does that mean? Isn't the old expired license still a valid (but expired) installation license? I need to get a quick response, or I will have the purchase revoked on my credit card.

    Hi Mike,

    This is a bug in the current release, I've sent you a temporary license that you need to install before installing the update.. sorry for the inconvenience..

    Hi Ole,

    I have the same problem.  My license expired Aug. 23rd, I purchased a renewal license Sept. 5 and received it Sept. 6.  But I cannot install it properly.

    The Share-It order number is 227491025.

    this is a bug in 2.0.2, I'll mail you a temporary license that you can use for upgrading. .sorry for the inconvenience..
