[Bug] The add assertion screen is loading blank

Every time I am trying to add assertions for a new project, the add assertion is loading just blank (see attached image), moving the mouse around I see the cursor changing to pointer so the actual content is loading just somehow not displayed properly. I managed to fix this by uninstalling/reinstalling but going down that path every time I need an assertion added will be frustrating at least.

 

ReadyAPI 3.3.0

Windows 10 Enterprise x64

    I actually just created a ticket for this same exact issue and was wondering if you were able to obtain a resolution from the SmartBear team. 

    I'm restricted from downloading software to my work PC so I can't try newer versions without submitting a request through our help desk. I have however noted that uninstalling and reinstalling works for the first run of the software but it's not something I want to have to do every time I need to create a new test case.
